Hi,

From what was posted I think I have a few questions and concerns with the

information.

I need to dig out my glycemic index file and cross check some data

concerning the baked potato as well as the whole grain bread.

Yes, sweet potatoes have a lower GI but, alas, not all that much lower.

Seems that the white potato is around 90 and the sweet is around 70 but my

memory just ain't what it used to be.

I do not clearly understand the " GL " or glycemic load terms.
