Guest guest
Someone offered: " Some people get high blood sugars when using Splenda also, but this is not true for most people. " One must distinguish between splenda and the sweetener used in it. Splenda contains bulk fillers to make the amount equal to the same amount by measure as table sugar. These fillers are pure carbs but not sugars so the claim of sugar free. On the other hand when that sweetener, sucralose, is used in products there is no reason to use the fillers and it is added alone. Consulting the label will tell you which sweetener is used in soft drinks. XB IC|XC
