where to begin...

Hello all,

I have read the intutive eating book and it makes so much sense. I have dieted

since I was 10 years old so those thoughts are so hard to break. I determined I

would do IE, but ww is calling my name. I am trying to resist to remind myself

I need to learn how to eat. I don't even know where to begin with IE. I keep

saying I am going to start, but I don't really. Not binge eating like when I

finallly stopped doing ww, just eating past fullness and eating when not hungry.

Eating something because my mind is saying I shouldn't...the old diet mentality.

WHere to begin..
