Guest guest
trying to avoid overeating or a binge I had dinner at 7:40pm.It is 8:40 and I am trying to stay strong and avoid getting a bite as I know a bite will tuen into 2, 3 or more. It could be loneliness, boredom and so many things but the truth is that I was successful with IE for 3 years and for the last 3/4, I have been falling out of the wagon hope you are all having a cool night A
Guest guest
Hi, , I had a stressful day and am also finding myself wanting to nibble on things. One of our dogs had a second surgery in three weeks (to take an enlarged lymph node for biopsy), and we also attended a funeral today. I had breakfast late because of having to drop off our dog, then didn't eat all day until dinner, but found myself craving carbs and wanting to nibble, nibble, nibble. I finally just got into bed early after taking a nice shower and using my salt scrub, so I think I'll be ok for the night now, but what a struggle it was to keep away from the food tonight! I was too exhausted from stress to want to sit with my feelings, or read or otherwise distract myself, so I finally decided getting into bed was the best thing I could do (am writing from bed). Take it easy on yourself. Maybe tomorrow you could brainstorm on how to combat the loneliness instead of just trying to white-knuckle it out. For me, I've planned some relaxing, fun outings by myself tomorrow to get my mind off worry about our dog, who may be facing a cancer diagnosis.
