Guest guest Posted June 8, 2010 Report Share Posted June 8, 2010 Hi all... My name is and I'm new to the group. I have tried IE in the past but eventually went back to my old eating habits. I then lost 80 pounds doing Weight Watchers. I gained 20 back, but have been maintaining that weight for over a year now. Been trying to lose it for that year by counting calories but remain stuck at that weight because I end up eating more than my allotted calories in a day because I'm never satisfied so I'm hoping IE will help. I am curious what your experience is with IE. If you've been doing it for a while, what are your results? Have you lost weight? How long did it take you for it to become a lifestyle? Do you ever go back to your old eating habits then have to work back to IE? How do you keep yourself in line with IE and make it a lifestyle? How long have you been IE?
