Why is my son making odd grimaces on his face??

Hello,

Can anyone give me an idea as to why my autistic 3yr old son has started to smile and twitch his nose simultaneously in a very odd way? He's also started to speak short 3 word sentences but twitches his jaw (kind of like popeye) whenever he trys to speak??? Have any of you experienced this or have any idea what could be causing it? and what I could do or give him to correct it? I suspect it's a kind of stimm that might be yeast or viral driven? I remember it started when I started giving him Valtrex with Difflucan. I've stopped both meds to see if it would lesson or go away and he still unfortunately has it. Can anyone please, please advise...thank you so much for your time!
