Guys,

since nada died I've been able to atleast collect personal items and go through

the pictures. She completely messed them up in attempt to scrap book which som

of the stuff was ok, other stuff well she should have left it alone looked

really bad. Her illness showed up very clearly and if I could have found some

of that proof that she was nuts when she was alive I might have been able to

have her planted somewhere. ONe place she wrote about her and dad's

relationship right on the page and how she was making a cofession of suicide and

how her psyciatrist called at 2AM and thought she would be just fine. And

another letter from the insruance that my dad had though work so she had cobra

and didn't keep up payments or know who to write the check out to. She claimed

she coudln't pay. Well too bad, insurance companies, utilities and other

companies don't care if you have the money if you take their services they

expect you to pay period or you are

out of luck. The amount of cobra cost was very lucky because health insruance

being so expenseve. If I had found out about it I would have had to sit her

down and do one of those well if you don't pay your bills here are your

consequences. Ah yes and she managed to get a hold of pictures of me and DH on

our honeymoon and managed to get a picture of our son. Susspect a friend on

facebook for that one.

Although since hi s picture wasn't in a normal frame I suspect that when she

found out about him she got enraged and decided to change her will, might be off

on the timing on that one, she told me that she never wanted me to get married

too freaking bad. My decision on my life not hers.

I sus[pect even until her last breath she didn' t udnerstand why we were

estranged, I don't think she udnerstood I wasn't going to take her abuse

anymore, I'm not her beating post and I'm not her slave either. Ife the doctors

refuse to listen to me she couldn't handle life on the oustide wourld, swhy

should I sit around and allow her to drown me with her. I also don't htink she

understood that she coudln't chase family members away. Thankfully she never

showed up at the door or sent my inlaws nasty letters, bu tI htink she knew her

cover had been blown with me and she knew that she coudln't destroy things like

she did with dad. I suspect some of this is her nosy friends who don't

understand the situation trying to stick their nose in where it don't fit.

Didn't like Jane from the start, can't stand her now! She can think what

she wants of me that's her problems, I've got enough friends on my side that

know the truth!

I'm not sure which part you are referring to - but I have definitely had the

experience recently as I have looked through nada's stuff that clearly

showed her mental illness. Some of it is in files or writings, but even the

number of pictures she had of her grand kids all over the house seems a bit

over the top now that I look at it without the stress of her also in the

house.

I'm glad for you that you knew even in nada's life time that you are " not

her beating post " and that you have friends on your side that know the

truth. I feel like having people on my side that know the truth is

incredibly helpful to me.

Glad I'm not the only one. I man if I wanted to be a little shit head about the

will I could probably contest it and win based on some of the things I found. I

found one thing from her insruance saying hey you are not getting benefits

because you have not paid for 3 months if you pay x amount we'll cover you and a

copy of the check which she wrote to the individual and not the copmany and she

wrote notes like well I couldn't pay. Well they don't give two flying craps if

she coudln't pay get a dang job. The pictures are a mess. Apparently she hid a

lot of them from me and wrote meet your grandparents on one of them. She messed

up a lot of the stuff like wrtigin in one thing that I hadn't gotten inot tap oh

yes she is doing tap. Nope sorry I can tell you from the picture ain't tap. As

well as just everything so disorganized it wasn't even funny!
