I want to let you know about an easy way to support Californians who are elderly or disabled and depend on In Home Supportive Services (IHSS) to survive in their own homes, rather than having to live in an institution. The IHSS program is a model for better healthcare in the US, and should be made available in other states as well as supported in California.
