health food store oatmeal is higher in fiber, but i prefer crustless

quiche

What type of cereal do people like to eat that works well into their

diabetic plans? I need a new cereal as I am getting tired of mine and

want

an alternative to oatmeal.

The best think to do about cereals is to go to the store with a sighted

person and have them read you the amount of carbs per serving, the amount of

fiber and then try it out at home, measuring your BG and hour and then 2

hours after eating it. If your sugar is high 2 hours later, that is a

cereal you probably should not eat. I eat oatmeal and if my BG is low, I

will eat Cherries.
