I need a new cereal as I am getting tired of mine and want an alternative to oatmeal.
Guest guest
The best think to do about cereals is to go to the store with a sighted person and have them read you the amount of carbs per serving, the amount of fiber and then try it out at home, measuring your BG and hour and then 2 hours after eating it. If your sugar is high 2 hours later, that is a cereal you probably should not eat. I eat oatmeal and if my BG is low, I will eat Cherries. _____ From: blind-diabetics [mailto:blind-diabetics ] On Behalf Of girlsgood@...
