Guest guest
I never thought of almond flour. wonder how many carbs it has per cup? I know regular flour has about 100 carbs in one cup. if almond flour is half this amount, then you could use it for all kinds of different things. I have found that the health food stores do carry more pancakes and the such that are low carb. they are small, but better to have one small then none at all. Guest guest
I have tried the Smuckers maple flavored and didn’t really care for it. One of the best I have found and at a good price is the WalMart brand. I believe they now call their brand Great Value. they used to have maple flavor and butter flavor but only have the maple now. Guest guest
There are a lot of different kinds of flour. Trader Joes's also has them. armando is good at sending those kinds of recipes! My favorite is his almond flour pancakes or cottage (ricotta) cheese recipes. _____ From: blind-diabetics [mailto:blind-diabetics ] On Behalf Of Becky McCullough Sent: Wednesday, February 15, 2012 7:08 PM To: blind-diabetics Subject: Re: waffles I don't even use flouer.
