They wanted me to take out debetic insurance. How good are these type of insurance com. I already have private state. The diabetic insurance preminum will never go up. Looking for some good answers. question please. If my flex pen has a few more units left in it, but not enough for my shot, do I use what is left in the all most empty pen and then use the next new pen for what I have to make up a shot amount? hate to pitch any out just because it isn't enough for a shot. my sugars have been so good the past 5 days on the flex pen that he has lowered my evening dose to 17 instead of 20. I suppose he thought I was maybe going to low at night. maybe I should have ask the nurse. so far to day I have tested 3 times and all 3 have been under 120 and over 100 of course. actually they have been 104, 106, and 112. I haven't seen numbers like this in more then seven years! I only started the insulin on Friday. it isn't a week yet. I believe I will picture my self doing cart wheels up the street!
