I

am still being amazed at how my body is giving me signals when it is hungry and

when it has had enough.  I am even

starting to hear the “enough” signals when eating with others now.  All in all, I am quite pleased with my

progress.

We

leave for Disney in a couple of days and it is so nice to not be concerned about

food and eating while we are there!

I

have also started to notice that if I listen to when my body wants to move, I

am getting more exercise in.  I have

realized that I just don’t do well trying to follow an exercise routine, so I

am just doing whatever I want when I feel like it!  Before I was trying to always get at least 30

minutes of Wii tennis each day.  Now I am

not tracking my time, and find that I usually do more than that!

Why

has it taken me so long to learn that my body has so much wisdom???
