Guest guest
Hi PJ... The book I have read in the past and I am reading currently again is Overcoming Overeating by Jane R. Hirschmann and Carol H. Munter (published 1988). It was very encouraging and motivating a few years back when I read it and it is again this time. It's a great book and I believe it has similar ideas based on what everyone posts about IE.To: IntuitiveEating_Support Sent: Thu, July 1, 2010 10:13:37 PMSubject: Re: Why Weight? I'm not familiar with that book. Who is the author? If anyone else has any book recommendations (other than IE and Geneen Roth which I already have) I'd love to hear about them. Thanks, PJ > > I just received my copy of Why Weight? this afternoon. I can't wait to get into it! > > Rhonda >
Guest guest
Geneen Roth is the author. I got mine from Amazon. I had a chance to just barely get into it last night. Hopefully this weekend I can start working on the 1st assignment. Rhonda From: pj3cats Sent: Friday, July 02, 2010 1:13 AM To: IntuitiveEating_Support Subject: Re: Why Weight? Guest guest
I am going to get Why Weight to work on with my coach therapist. She works with Geneen's methods of non dieting. Let me know how it is. Geneen Roth is the author. I got mine from Amazon. I had a chance to just barely get into it last night. Hopefully this weekend I can start working on the 1st assignment.
