I thought I saw worms in both my daughters' diapers, so I called the pediatrician. They didn't even ask me to bring the girls in. They just said that parasites are pretty common in little kids and they called me in a prescription. It's a chewable that they take once now and once again in two weeks. It's called mebendazole,and supposedly kills a ton of different parasites. Has anyone had experience with this? The natural parasite cleanses usually have you treat for 6 weeks so that all the eggs get destroyed. Just wondering if this prescription will work long term.

I was just shocked at how easy it was to get them something. I thought testing would be required. I called my family dr and told them about the girls and they did the same thing for my husband and me - just called something in (said the whole house should be treated just in case). So we're all de-worming! Even the cats! So gross. Here's hoping it works!

When my sons had pin worms we also used the mebendazole. My son still had live pinworms after the one day treatment so the pediatrician had him use it for 3 days and then again for 3 days 2 weeks later. That worked. Just make sure you keep checking the stool for awile to make sure you got them all. Change their sheets as well.

what about parasites in the blood we had a live blood analysis and as the red blood cells were dying off 1.5 to 2 hours after we saw two types of parasites coming out of the blood cells,possibly lymes i suppose but he has tested negative for this,has anyone else been dealing with this

No, tapeworms are not effected by any of the parasite cleanses out there. There is a high dose CoQ10 protocol designed by Dr. Hulda . We have done it with each of our kids once so far. I had my son tested many times. Results always came back negative but I treated for tapeworm anyway. After many months of treatment our came a tapeworm. Don't trust the test results. , sorry if I'm asking something already asked.  What Black Walnut/Wormwood Complex are you doing?  Again...what a trooper!  I find it so gratifying to hear about how you kicked their wormy butts!

 

It may not be targeted as a Parasite cleanse but if you google the ingredients, it contains the best herbs to get rid of the little buggars!! I've been doing it first thing in the morning and then the Black Walnut & Wormwood Complex at lunch and dinner (because it contains Clove).

All the things in the Paranil are ALSO listed in my book 'Nutritional Healing' under the " worms " section.

I guess I am a bit of a rebel and don't feel like I need to consult the doc on every little thing especially after reading and researching side effects and doses on herbal treatments.

I implemented a LOT of herbal remedies before I ever saw our DAN! doc one time and I left with NO new supplements. He was totally pleased with what I had already started.

But he had another diaper tonight with the SAME things in it. I can't imagine that his fresh pineapple is breaking down to the exact size and shape of dental floss and there are over 20 pieces of them. Worms don't like pineapple and I have read somewhere that you can get rid of tapeworms with a pineapple fast for 3 days. So the pineapple is probably helping the other things you are using. The things in the photo looked like dead roundworms to me. Whether or not I agree with you or quackwatch is completely irrelevant, I'm only commenting because Quackwatch is *not* a good source to prove anything. Quackwatch also says my child isn't recovering and everything I'm doing is all in my head and going to kill him. I'd skip using them as a reference on this list.

You really can't believe stuff you read on that Quack Watch site. A couple of years ago one of the writers for it ended up on this group and ultimately got booted off....talk about a 'quack'. we use a rife machine,up grade from zapper i suppose,they work

                         Amidst all the clamor to buy iodine, and take all kinds of wormwood, black walnut, and olive leaf extract, I passed a parasite. I did not know what it was.                          Please someone respond to this and tell me what you know. What does Lyme disease and salt cure have to do with autism. I'll feed my son salt all day long if that's what it takes. I just want my son well. I want all of our children well.
