just  recieved ATP cofactors as recommended in dr.Brownsteins book,but b3 content is 500mg b2 is 100mg,is the b3 on the scale that you give,my son will be 7 in a few weeks,just wanted to check what dosage of b3 you give

One drop is a place to start. That first drop can be scary mostly because of all the misinformation. One drop of Lugols Iodine wont kill anyone. I thought it might ;-) One drop is about 2.5 mg and a dropperful is about 38mg . Make sure they have enough Natural Salt, Mag, Se, C , Niacin, B2.

And it's a sure thing to me, if your kids are iodine deficient, and i feel they most certainly are, so is their Mom. Their bodies were created without enough iodine and they started life that way. And all the insults to their bodies (Vaccines, toxins, bugs they cant get rid of) just make it worse.

6 to 12.5mg is what is being used with kids. Have to consider all the issues, and how much die off there might be, how well they handle it, so going slow can be good. Lugols Iodine can be hard on the stomach at increasing amounts.Why so many use Iodoral. So if you are going to increase the dosage from 1 drop I would either space it out of 2 or 3 times in a day or use some ingested and some transdermal. Consider 1 drop transdermal to only be about ¾ mg (and that is not totally accurate, close enough in my book) So if the goal is 6mg. A person might take 1 drop ingested and 4 drops on skin to reach the total. Used in areas that have fat or increased blood supply, or issues (skin abnormality of any kind) helps.

Fluoride is a halide. One of many that displaces iodine from cells. Chlorine, Mercury, Bromide. When there isnt enough iodine in the body (deficiency) these things are able to displace iodine from cells. Taking a shower in fluoridated water is like drinking 8 glasses of the stuff. The skin with hot water is like a sponge. Chlorine. Fluoride. What ever is in the water is going to be in the body within minutes.

I was thinking that Oxalate was a halide but its not. Different concept, similar action. Sort of. I think . I havent completely wrapped my head around Oxalates yet, still learning, but finding it fascinating. The halides seem to bond with the Oxalate. Less oxalate seems to mean more body iodine available. So it goes to reason that if a person is eating a Low Ox Diet or a Low Goitrogen diet (goitrogens are known foods that inhibit iodine similar to oxalate, not sure if same mechanism) that supplementing iodine for a person on these diets would provide more available iodine than someone eating a high oxalate and high goitrogen diet. Can explain why the dosages seem to vary what feels right, or tests right, in people and how much is needed to obtain sufficiency. Now if I could only stop eating them Potatoes are proving easier than the chocolate icecream.

If the body has enough iodine (saturated or sufficient) there is no displacement. Enough iodine to keep out the halides. Maybe enough to control the oxalates? Enough iodine to kill and remove the virus, parasites, bacteria, fungus.

You probably need an entire house water filtration system! And now you probably feel like I did when I learned recently that this entire area I live in is Hg rich. It's mined just a few miles from my house. Our water is high in it. Good thing I dont cook or drink it but really wonder about bathing in it.
