Guest guest
It's been a while since I've had a hotdog. Becky hot dogs. what do you usually have on them ? ________________________________ all beef wieners and whole wheat buns. she will have 2 with all the trimmings, but I thought of only one for me with nothing more then mustard and a small salad with it. can't find the carb count for the bun or the wiener in my book. does any one have a clue? if it isn't some thing I should have, then I will make a bigger salad and be happy. will have her eat them in the bedroom so I can't smell them. ------------------------------------

Guest guest
I tell people about you and your age all the time. my sister had a husband at the time who was a T 1 and he died at the old age of 43. mainly because he done it his way and that way was early death. I know now that most diabetics don't have to live on the edge and miss out on life unless they just choose to do it this way. not caring and not trying to control there sugar. simply carrying on like any other crazy person who only cares about them self and no one else. I know not all can live a fine long life even if they do everything the right way, but we got a better chance if we do it the right way and not ignore what is true. at his funeral the them he wanted after his death was I done it my way! well that kind of living got him dead way before his time in my opinion. he drank beer like water and ate sugar like it was veggies. he would take a shot and then go to sleep. he ate what ever he wanted to eat and done lots of drugs to boot that wasn't gave to him by a doctor. But he would tell you he done it his way and that is exactly what his 2 kids now remember. daddy done it his way and died so young. knew he was a type one at the age of 5. well he done it his way and was proud all those years to tell the world how he was doing it his way! dead at the old age of 43. what a waste! even though I'm a T 2 the end results can be the same. I'm no longer doing it my way, because my stupid way was close to getting me very dead. I don't plan to go to my grave telling the world I done it my way when that way was ignoring the facts. hot dogs. what do you usually have on them ? ________________________________ all beef wieners and whole wheat buns. she will have 2 with all the trimmings, but I thought of only one for me with nothing more then mustard and a small salad with it. can't find the carb count for the bun or the wiener in my book. does any one have a clue? if it isn't some thing I should have, then I will make a bigger salad and be happy. will have her eat them in the bedroom so I can't smell them. ------------------------------------
Guest guest
It sounds like this guy was pretty selfish and not thinking of being around to see his children graduate. I could see if he was by himself. But with a wife and kids he should have thought about them. hot dogs. what do you usually have on them ? ________________________________ all beef wieners and whole wheat buns. she will have 2 with all the trimmings, but I thought of only one for me with nothing more then mustard and a small salad with it. can't find the carb count for the bun or the wiener in my book. does any one have a clue? if it isn't some thing I should have, then I will make a bigger salad and be happy. will have her eat them in the bedroom so I can't smell them. ------------------------------------
Guest guest
You are right about that Mark. How self centered he must have beeen. To act that way. I know several type 1 diabetics who died young because of that same reason. I had a client who was a tall, beautiful model. She used to keep her sugars high bacuse she knew she would stay thin my going into keto-acidoossis. Really sad when she was 45 and died of a stroke while on dialysis. _____ From: blind-diabetics [mailto:blind-diabetics ] On Behalf Of Lora Leggett Sent: Saturday, March 17, 2012 5:49 PM To: blind-diabetics Subject: Re: hot dogs. Guest guest
the thing is that it is so sad and hurts your heart to know they are slowly killing them self and nothing you or any one else can do to stop them, but then I was doing the very same thing that I talk about here. hot dogs. what do you usually have on them ? ________________________________ all beef wieners and whole wheat buns. she will have 2 with all the trimmings, but I thought of only one for me with nothing more then mustard and a small salad with it. can't find the carb count for the bun or the wiener in my book. does any one have a clue? if it isn't some thing I should have, then I will make a bigger salad and be happy. will have her eat them in the bedroom so I can't smell them. ------------------------------------
