Guest guest
That's great. I still have trouble with this because I often find that I must eat before I am going somewhere and no food will be available for quite a while. I may not be really hungry, but I don't want to get too hungry either. I need to remember to take along an emergency snack, like cheese, or granola bars, or peanut butter crackers or something. I am hungry right now at 10:30 pm and will not be able to sleep if I don't have a little something, but not too much or anything that will cause reflux. Keep on writing in. Sandy In case this helps anyone else as new as I am... I was finding myself obsessively asking myself if I was hungry, as part of trying to learn to only eat when I'm hungry. One day last week I realized what I needed to do, was not ask myself at all, and just not eat until I organically started to feel hunger and find myself thinking " I'm hungry. " This might sound so obvious and simple but for me it was a major revelation!
