I go back to see the doc specialist on April ninth to give blood and weigh

again. on March eighth I weighed on his scales at 312. So I will take guesses

from you all to how much will I have lost in one month on the ninth of April?

the closest will win the cash of $20. It will be my pleasure to lay on you a

twenty dollar bill if I can lose as much in one month as you believe I can. the

money will be your's to use as you wish in my memory of course. now seeing as

how more then one person may guess the same amount, there is a tie breaker and

ooo! a game. Congrats on the life style change by the way. Ok now. I am

going to guess 10.5 pounds. That's my guess and I'm

sticking to it. But any weight loss is just fantastic. It can be done. In

December 2008 I started losing weight by doing what you

are doing. i weighed in at 275 pounds and am now down to 170 pounds. Sorry. I

made a mistake about where I started at. I started

at 285. I am so glad that i have dropped the weight I have. it was fun going

to the stores and picking out new and smaller size

clothes. I feel like I dropped a whole person. Don't get discouraged if some

weeks you don't lose as much as you would like.

perseverance will work.

yesterday is history. Tomorrow a mystery. Today is a gift, that is why it is
