Since yesterday I have been counting how many times I chew my food and it has been a really nice experience. I have been making the effort of chewing a bite at least 20 times and it is so hard.I could barely get to 15.

I really enjoyed sun chips and I was amazed to see that even just one chip needs to 20 times before swallowing it.Try it,m you'll be amazed.

I read in McKenna's book I Can Make You Thin to chew your food 20 times

before swallowing. It works if you pay attention. I need to pay more attention

to this myself as I am an unconscious eater. I knew it but seeing it defined in

the IE book was enlightening. Good luck.
