IF you ate one of them, but added some nutritional items throughout the day, you could probably get by for a while. Things like low carb fruits such as berries, apples, or a few others, some walnuts or even peanuts, peanut butter, salads with low carb dressing. Others can hopefully add to this list. I guess I was a peanut butter addict too and the second thing I did besides the pop was to stop buying the great big 5 pound jar of peanut butter that I was going through in about 3 months just going in the kitchen and shoveling 2 or 3 spoons of it out of the jar. Now I still will take a teaspoon out of a small jar when I just can't take it anymore. LOL. Or I will make one half sandwich of peanut butter and jelly about once a month now. a " t Christmas time I did make those 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies with 1 cup sugar, 1 cup peanut butter and 1 egg. Fortunately ate most of them and he needs all the calories he can get. When I weighed myself last night I was 167.4 pounds and I think I would like to try to get down to 135 anyway. But the stress really is my enemy now.
