Probably. I have to say however, you're not getting much nutrition with those

kind of pre-packaged foods. IF you ate one of them, but added some nutritional

items throughout the day, you could probably get by for a while. Things like

low carb fruits such as berries, apples, or a few others, some walnuts or even

peanuts, peanut butter, salads with low carb dressing. Others can hopefully add

to this list.

what do you all think about the healthy choice steamer bowls i have lost 5

pounds this last week just eating the steamer bowls for lunch and dinner and

breakfast i have been doing oatmeal .

and grnola bars i know i need to add some fruit in here but i have to tell you

i feal so much better . amy

I know grapes hacve sugar, so I'm trying to be careful.

I don't buy the green ones.

I find that I eat maybe 7 to 10 grapes and that is all.

How much peanut butter shouldI have in a day? I guess I was a peanut butter

addict too and the second thing I did besides the pop was to stop buying the

great big 5 pound jar of peanut butter that I was going through in about 3

months just going in the kitchen and shoveling 2 or 3 spoons of it out of

the jar. Now I still will take a teaspoon out of a small jar when I just

can't take it anymore. LOL. Or I will make one half sandwich of peanut

butter and jelly about once a month now.

a " t Christmas time I did make those 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies with

1 cup sugar, 1 cup peanut butter and 1 egg. Fortunately

ate most of them and he needs all the calories he can get.

When I weighed myself last night I was 167.4 pounds and I think I would like

to try to get down to 135 anyway. But the stress really is my enemy now.

I don't consume much alcohol, but occasionally I will take a sip out of a

bottle of peach or butterscotch Schnapps or whatever because I put a shot in

's milk shakes sometimes.

I'd just get a small jar and have that for a night time snack.

i did learn you have to watch the peanut butter its high in calories i would eat

it on my apples so i had to go down to only two tbls .

but they say the other peanut butter is better but i cant remember the name i

know you keep it in the fridge .
