Guest guest Posted March 21, 2012 Report Share Posted March 21, 2012 Now be sides just riding my bike that goes no where and every where, what other kinds of exercises can I do to make pounds fall off? can't really afford the cab fare to and from the YMCA 3 times a week, so need those types of exercise that can be done at home with what ever is at hand.
