I work very hard to count the carbs, exercise and take the proper medication. you must try to be a positive person. treat yourself to a good movie, book, bubble bath, whatever. try not to let your life be food related all the time. go for a good walk, after a meal, go bowling, change your way of thinking. if you do you will never have the ugly pounds to try to take off. help to think healthy. look good in your clothes, have more energy, be active, love life.
