yeppers

well ok not really you can use them over at least one more time, but it depends

just strong you like them.

This is what I do:

once I boil water with the package of cinnamon sticks, and after tasting the

strenghth of the tea, I feel the cinnamon sticks(be careful very hot) if they

are still closed a bit, they can be used again, but if you touch them and they

are wide or fully opened, then mostly likely all the sandy like substance is

gone and there are no longer useable for tea.

/When I make cinnamon coffee, I use a teaspoon of the powdered stuff in a

pot of coffee-on top of the ground coffee.

well when I was a bad little pig I use to drink that cinnamon flavored

creamer in my coffee. the way it tasted I would say it had a lot of sugar.

however, I never tried just cinnamon in coffee by it self. going to fetch me

some of these cinnamon sticks every one is talking about. I love the smell

of cinnamon. no matter where I stuck a cinnamon stick, well it would smell

like cinnamon, right??

CINNAMON TEA

I LOVE cinnamon and Do

believe it helps deep your

blood glucose levels down !

I prefer to use it naturally

rather than taking some

capsules which are probably

more expensive

Sprinkle powdered cinnamon on your foods like toast or oatmeal, rice, or

when baking chicken.

Or make one of my favorite beverages, Cinnamon tea !

Just pit two cinnamon sticks from the spice section of your grocery store,

and boil in a gallon of water.

No sweetener is needed as the cinnamon gives off a naturally sweet flavor

and scent.

Drink warm in cold weather or iced and cold on hot days.

It is a great thirst-quencher and tastes delicious !

That might be good.

I'd like it in cold tea.

I will have to look at my creamer on the bar code reader to find out what

the bad news is. I don't have it often though.

These three jars are the only ones I have had in many years. They are

amaretto, hazelnut, and Irish cream. The Irish cream is almost out.
