Bitter Sweet Court Case

I ended up not using a lawyer and defending on my own. Wow I never knew watching

so much Law and Order could help!! it was sad to have to do this as my BPD

Mother In Law She found the proceeding confusing and made the Judge very mad

from the get go. I now know that I am safe and I cant be bothered and verbally

abused anymore, but why do i feel bad. Why do I feel Like I had done something

wrong? was it because she was acting " Normal " I know in the back of mind that it

was a long time awaiting and I have lived in heck for a year and a half. and it

was her time to see how I feel.Now looking back did it have to go this far?

Could we had worked something out? Why does she always make me feel like I am

the bad one?

I'm glad you are safe now - and kudos to you for successfully

representing yourself. I know the sadness you are talking about - I've felt it

too whenever I've successfully created a separation (big or little)...it's one

thing when you in the heat of battling, another if you win and realize how sad

it is that you'd need to win such a thing. I hope there can be joy too that you

are taking care of you.
