Guest guest
Wow, in my last post listing what I've done to help my depression I realized what an amazing amount of improvements I've made in my life in the past 10 years!! I always think I fail at everything, but writing it down really made me realized how much I've accomplished for myself. So many people NEVER change (like my nada, her nada and fada, etc) and sometimes our own changes are so slow we don't realize it. But writing it down really made me feel like I am NOT such a failure, I HAVE changed myself for the better, in spite of all the roadblocks my FOO gave me. Does anyone else have changes they've done that improved their lives they want to share? Casey

Guest guest
Big virtual high five from me! It really does add up to make small but positive changes over a period of time; you can also see the changes more clearly when you keep a kind of blog or diary, look back and see where you used to be a few years ago. I am so happy for you! That is awesome! -Annie > > Wow, in my last post listing what I've done to help my depression I realized what an amazing amount of improvements I've made in my life in the past 10 years!!
