Guest guest
I do OK with canned because I squeeze it out and of course you don't get that much but it has the advantage of being there if you need it. Of course I prefer fresh or frozen but frozen doesn't give much either after you squeeze it out. I could use some spinach right now because I feel so weak. Guest guest
Now, Now! can is ok if you drain it and then wash it out. we eat fresh on our said and I put it in soup as soon as it is done and I shut the fire off. frozen is also good in soup or just to eat. if you eat can spinach right out of the can, then I do agree with you! it is very nasty. I didn't get to exercise at all to day for all the running around we had to do and you can tell by my numbers not as low as they are when I walk or ride the bike. exercise is very important, as is eating the right foods and not to much. they fit hand and hand. can't really do the job right with out either one. I'm now thinking they work best when together as a team. they seem to complement one another it seems to me. I had to act like Dave to day and give my shot to my self after I ate dinner. didn't know we would be out so late and eat dinner before we finally come home. didn't have my pen with me and so done the shot after I got home. my sugar is 112 right now, but the last 4 days it has been closer to 100. so I know from all this that taking my insulin every where I go is the best plan and getting some kind of exercise in the day is also as important. we do live to learn as they say. what's living anyway with out learning? wouldn't be any fun at all if we all ready knew all there was to know. what kind of fun would living be then? we would all be bored out of our heads! learning how to not make dumb mistakes is what makes life more exciting! I believe I will really screw up bad to morrow just so I can learn even more!!!
