Guest guest Posted March 17, 2012 Report Share Posted March 17, 2012 We got his restaurant here in OkC called Chili's and they got all you can eat, salad, soup, chips and dip for $8.50 on the weekends. during the week it is only $6.50. well went there 2 weeks ago and had me 3 plates of salad with no dressing, 2 bowls of chicken soup and ten chips that I counted out of the huge basket they give you and the dip is just spicy sausa which is to salty, but ok. I checked my sugar 2 hours later and that day it was 133. the folks I was with were all betting it would have been over 200. I knew it wouldn't or I never would have ate what I did. going again to day around 4 and enjoy this same meal once again. then we will see what it does to day 2 hours later. the salad really isn't all that, but it is good if you have more then one. not counting out the chips would be my down fall, but I no to count out so many and not get any more. of the 3 soups they offer the chicken is the best choice. so will go and let you guys no later how I done. never have a drink with a meal when I eat out. drinks and salads don't go together and we shouldn't drink 30 minutes before or after a meal. drinks will mess with the digestion process. at least this is what I have always heard from folks who say they know.
