Guest guest
I havent tried it yet. Honestle I try to do without sweeteners rather than usuing artificial ones, but that is just me ! But as I ubderstand it, Truvia is actually stevia, therfore natural, so it should be healthier than Splenda, OR the pink or blue envelopes ! Just be advised that it is very strong so a little goes a long way. If you overdo it will make whatever you add it to will be bitter ! Let us know what you think ________________________________ To: blind-diabetics Sent: Monday, March 26, 2012 2:16 PM Subject: Truvia Has anyone tried truvia? Guest guest
my sister uses it and she isn't a diabetic. I never have tried it. I like splinda and it works for me. I heard it is costly though, but so is splinda. hard to figure how sugar is cheap, but fake sugar is high? I think they got it all wrong. charge the crap out of all the food that is bad for the health and charge just a little for those things that are good for you. this way those who wish to over eat and eat bad things can pay the government to run the country and the health care as well. I believe I will run for President pig! I certainly couldn't be any worse of a pig then we all ready got now? Truvia Has anyone tried truvia? I bought some yesterday, and haven't opened it yet. Guest guest
Hi, at least at Sam's Club, Truvia is way more expensive than Splenda. I was going to try Truvia until we saw the price. Splenda is just fine as far as I'm concerned, certainly a lot better than Equal or Sweet and Low. Guest guest
Truvia tastes better than Splenda in my opinion. I don't like anything with aspartain in it. Guest guest
I think they taste the same. but then the wife said I burned my taste buds out long ago from to much heat in all my food. love hot peppers and they say they are good for you and your arteries. guess I didn't eat enough of them cause I had the attack anyway? Guest guest
Splenda does not have aspardin in it. It is made from real granulated sugar, which is why it does have some calories in it. _____ From: blind-diabetics [mailto:blind-diabetics ] On Behalf Of Don Hansen Sent: Tuesday, March 27, 2012 9:49 AM To: blind-diabetics Subject: RE: Truvia Truvia tastes better than Splenda in my opinion.
