I'm a vegetarian who intuitively leans towards replacing animal products in dishes with vegetables (to give them more volume and flavor). So I tend to be over my " recommended servings " without planning but it is totally true for someone eating little or no servings, that eating five servings could seem like a really daunting impossible task if you didn't know how big they were. ~ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
