Guest guest Posted March 17, 2011 Report Share Posted March 17, 2011 Just a different viewpoint...I have also seen "portion size" on fruit/vegetables used as a way to encourage those who are trying to eat healthier but who think they can't possibly or wouldn't eat that much produce in a day. "It is not as hard as you think to get in a few servings a day.
