Guest guest
Welcome Sue, most happy to have you join us here. I am generally NOT a 'group' type person, but I have found support in this one. My first introduction to non-dieting was by way of Geenen Roth's books. Loved what I read there, but couldn't utilize her 'suggestions'. This was about the early 1990s and I lived like 30 miles from a small town so finding a support group was not possible. I wanted to give non-dieting another go so I searched and found this group. That was 4 years ago and I so credit the sanity and positive learning I've gained from the generous and honest sharing that occurs here. BEST to you and looking forward to reading more from you too. Katcha IEing since March 2007 PS - my brother was born in the old Stanford hospital! We lived in that area for most of my growing up years. That was when there were orchards and space between the towns that surrounded the SF bay like a string of pearls. Far different from the Silicon Valley mega city that it is now. (I moved away years ago) > > > My name is Sue. I just joined the group. I learned about intuitive eating from Stanford hospital and joined their Intuitive support group for 6 months and really helped. > I know to be successful in Intuitive eating I need a support group that is why I joined the group. > I have been struggling with overeating last 20 years and been going to therapy for last 15 years. I learned support group is more important than Therapy....
