Guest guest
You can try Oil of Oregano (OOO). I can't tell you how it works - my son has antibodies to oregano. While, the oil in OOO is extracted from wild oregano which is different than the common herb we use in the kitchen, I won't take take the chance that has also allergic to the other. You can try GSE, too. And fresh coconut - good for everything. hth -tammy To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Mon, March 7, 2011 10:16:42 AMSubject: What can I use instead of OLE? Guest guest
Thank you so much for the info and I will for sure try externally as wellthanks againSharinSent from my iPad They are both great anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal. I use them both and think oregano oil is stronger. You can dilute oregano oil in organic olive oil (at least 12 parts olive oil to 1 part oregano oil) and rub it on the skin for absorption instead of drinking it. The bottom of the feet works wonderfully. Pure oregano oil will actually burn your skin. Most places sell it already diluted, so check your concentration. It is is fine to by it diluted, but much more expensive when you compare ounce for ounce of pure oregano oil. I was actully wondering about putting some olive leaves into my oregano/olive oil mix to see if I could get both into my son via the skin route. Good Luck! Guest guest
Oil of Oregano is anti-viral, anti-yeast and anti-bacterial. I have rarely given it to my kids but i took it for a couple of days when i was sick with a flu-like bug and i was surprised at how quickly i got better.
