Guest guest Posted August 14, 2010 Report Share Posted August 14, 2010 Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone else has a challenging time practicing the IE guidelines while premenstrual? My cravings and hunger have always increased during this time (and I PMS for 2 weeks, so it's really bad!) Not only are the cravings worse, but I am having more trouble being aware of my hunger and satiety signals. Is this something you guys tend to struggle with when hormones enter the picture?
