Guest guest
Hi Cheryl, If you're eating junk when you're not hungry and don't want to be doing it and can't stop it, maybe take some time to think about why you're doing it--are you bored? Upset? Angry? Is it out of habit, because you don't know what else to do with yourself? Maybe you can make a list of some alternative things to do when you're feeling the urge to binge, such as going for a walk, reading a book, or something else. Sometimes it helps for me to say, "I'm going to wait an hour and see if that need to binge is still there." It's OK to eat when you're not hungry, but there's a difference between that and out-of-control binging. Sohni cherylw wrote: Been eating alot of junk and gaining wt. Want to get my eating under control. Just a little drives me to eat more and more not even thinking. Been read IE book, kind of lost in that. Eat anything when your hungry, I would rather eat healthy food when I hungry and drink water. Cheryl
