Guest guest
Hi Sandy, I really like boxing, I had to take a break as I got tendonitis in my shoulder but when I go back (maybe even tonight), I'll take it easy on the bag. I have so much fun and the girls are really nice and it's a great work out. I may try Zumba and I want to try rowing. I would like to get involved in the rowing club as I like anything to do with water and the outdoors - I guess it's good I love to swim. When I go in the pool, my husband says " see you tomorrow. " Right now I like something that I can do as a drop in as I don't have a schedule at work yet. Sounds like you have a wonderful life where you live, sorry about the balance issues. Thanks, Jo. > > > > > > > I'm excited to have this venue to share with you; however, I have not > > posted for a while as I felt someone criticized me once and it was a > > negative trigger for me.
