Guest guest Posted April 27, 2011 Report Share Posted April 27, 2011 Now I know that intuitive eating works in a different way for everyone and everyone finds what they are comfortable with but when I just eat until I am satisfied (a low 6 on the Intuitive eating's proposed 10 pt hunger scale) I sometimes get hungry a hour or even 30 min later. I sometimes pick and never really have real meals. In a lot of ways this is annoying to me and certaintly interferes with my schedule (as I either have class or work and cannot eat all the time) and then also my family often have a hard time understanding my eating habits.
