Hey All....just discovered this website this week. I was reading about some of

you using Apple Cider Vinegar for Paratsites...I ordered the Apple flavor

CocoKefir and it tastes like Vinegar (being that it's fermented). Wonder if it

will add to our parasite cleanse... Anyway Malachi is drinking it! I made Kefir

from the Body Ecology Diet for a while (w/Coconut Milk) but the best recipe ever

is to use the young coconut water, but finding them and drilling holes is not in

my time budget.

If you have a WholeFoods near you, they have young coconuts for $3.00. I use the corkscrew from a wine bottle opener to get the water out. Then I make my husband crack that little sucker open to get to the meat. Watching him is a little scary lol
