Someone asked:

" Do tacos and taco salads have carbs in them? "

Tacos are pure corn meal with sometimes a bit of fat added. The corn meal

is of a kind that easily spikes glucose levels. XB

Dan, remember there are several types of chips, and yes they are on the " bad "

side, depending on your very own diabetes care, and in moderation, a little

will probably not affect you as much;again, remembering that every diabetic is

different, for example, I could have a few chips and it won't affect my sugars

as much'taking in consideration that I am substituting the chips for other

things for my day.

always use procaution when not sure, asking questions to your doctor or

nutritionist, or if you know yourself well enough then you do what works for

you.

your input is appreciated.
