In case this helps anyone else as new as I am...

I was finding myself obsessively asking myself if I was hungry, as part of

trying to learn to only eat when I'm hungry.

One day last week I realized what I needed to do, was not ask myself at all, and

just not eat until I organically started to feel hunger and find myself thinking

" I'm hungry. "

This might sound so obvious and simple but for me it was a major revelation!
