Guest guest
Hello! Can anyone tell me if it's ridiculous to consider using a product like EnerG Egg Replacer or Orgran NoEgg? Or is it defintely better to try using ground flax or chia seeds even if the result is not as good? My son tolerates eggs just fine and I definitely will continue to feed him eggs, but I just found out that I have a fairly severe egg allergy. Just wondering if I can use the replacer to make some nice baked goods that we can share once in a while... Thank you!! Angie
Guest guest
Yes, you could try those. They work pretty good. Another trick you could use that I find leavens really good is to use a cider vinegar plus baking soda or baking soda and Unbuffered Vit. C crystals. Those work great! My kids can't tolerate the egg replacer so I had to find subs for those!Rhonda Masengale Hello!
