Maybe go easy on the wormwood, and keep using the Paranil, just make sure your son stays hydrated. :-) It's probably die off. Charcoal works.

My son definitely had loose and messy, sometimes mucous-y stools for a couple weeks, but now his stools are BEAUTIFUL and formed and digested and SO easy to change!!! My first assumption would be die off and I'd say to stick with it for a little bit......are you doing any activated Charcoal?? Thank you and JudyI definitely use charcoal but even that can not make him slow down. I guess I am going to continue for a little while. Diarrhea is not much of a problem since he is potty trained. What makes me worry is not digesting food and probably not absorbing all the supps he is taking. I will try to be patient for couple days and see what happens. Thanks again both of you  for your inputs.
