What Can Die Off Look Like?

Hi,

Can die off cause extreme fatigue and slight flu-like symptoms? I've experienced

the giggles, silly behavior, even hyper and aggressive/irritable stuff. My girls

(3 years old) and I have been taking CocoKefir this week and I am more tired

than I have ever been in my life. (The website says that their daughter had

massive die off signs when they gave it to her). One of my twins is also

sleeping like crazy and just seems really out of it. Just wanted to ask if die

off can sometimes present itself this way. Thanks.
