I have learned that when I eat something that doesn't seem to be helpful to my body that I just need to observe what happened--what led up to it-and then correct. It eliminates the guilt and keeps me from going off the deep end. It puts me in charge and not the food or the mistake. I can get back on track much faster. Hope this helps someone else.
