I need some words of encouragement here, k?

I talked to my pulmo about an hour ago, he took me off the lasix and

potassium, weren't doing any good. On 15mg prednisone daily which

seems to be ok. Haven't lost a huge amount of weight anyhow. I also

have a call in to my " PCP " to take me off the " simvastatin " for

cholesterol (high amts. run in family history) as since I have been

on it for 2 months (also checked website for side effects of that)

have been having severe cramps in legs, bone and muscle aches all

over, etc.

Now I called the oxygen company, and asked them to come and fill the

liquid tank (huge one, floor model) tomorrow because I would run out

before Monday otherwise. He said just came on Monday didn't

he? I said yes, but I have had the tubing hooked up to the tank

because my elect. concentrator gets too hot and makes the whole apt.

hot and runs up my elect bill $75. per month. He said I am not

allowed to use the liq oxy tank that way, it is only here for the

helios and companion units to be filled with upon leaving the house.

I may Not USE IT ANY OTHER WAY. or they will remove it. bULL-CRAP-A.

IT IS WHAT IT IS. You know what? I was just trying to live cooler

for a few days. This company is a billion dollar company, and this

is how they treat the elderly. He was trying to be nice but it just

didn't set with me right. I had to promise him I would only use it

when I leave the house with the Helios and companion. He said ok.

When was here Monday, he neglected to remove the water

retainer when he rolled it out to the van to refill the oxy. and

water went all over my carpet, down the hall and out the door. what

a slob. I am going to cry now. bye for
