Guest guest
josie, i went to your blog, what an awesome idea. you are a good writer, too. i like how your are applying the principles & sharing the experience of learning to eat intuitively. this has given me the idea that I can do a similar thing on my own at home. I know that I have to look at the reasons that I eat when I am not hungry & also I need to change eating behaviours that are no longer serving me. I am going to make a conscious decision to follow those 7 guidelines & whenever I don't, I am going to look at why I am not following them. What is going on inside me that makes me want to eat standing up, much too quickly & more than my body is asking for? Today I managed to challenge myself every time I started to eat while I was standing up.Tomorrow I am working on it again. thank you for the link I look forward to following your journey. mj > > I've really gotten into blogs over the last year or so. So when I decided to do IE, one of the first things I did was look to see if there were any good IE blogs out there. Turns out, there weren't that many (which isn't to say there were a lot of bad IE blogs. There really just weren't that many blogs about IE, at all), which was kind of a bummer because there are sure a million and one dieting blogs out there! So I decided to start my own to chronicle my journey. If you're in the neighborhood, feel free to drop by.
