Guest guest
I like to carry cracked peper almonds and Ritz Crackerfuls I also like a granola bar I have found though that I snack less and less now only when I really need to because I am alwways satisfied after meals. I also include snacks as a side dish to my meals like for instance at lunch I will eat a small sandwich with chips crackers or nuts. I love popcorn and that was always my go too snack but now I hardly ever eat it even when watching a movie. Sometimes I will give in to a craving when not hungry but not as often as I used to do before IE whenI ate things just for the sake of eating. Don't get me wrong I still struggle with eating when not hungry and IE is a one day at a time thing. Eva I carry cracked pepper almonds, a Ritz cheese cracker thing, and a Planters nut bar with me. I have been carrying them for over a week, but haven't gotten into them. I feel re-assurred, though, that I have them!
