Hi all and Happy New Year.. I just got the IE book couple of weeks before New Year's and am attempting to live by it. However, it's not really "working", so to speak.... While I understand the program, the freedom, the no-restrictions-thus-no-need-for-binge mentality, I am still, frankly, not eating when I am hungry and not stopping when I am full (which is impossible, because I'm not hungry to begin with). I'm afraid I'm going to gain even more weight and am starting to panic, thinking, "I better start dieting now...""Help!-Connie
