Guest guest Posted June 23, 2010 Report Share Posted June 23, 2010 Hi All, I'd like to get feedback on what kind of snacks people carry around to deal with hunger pangs. I find I get hungry at unpredictable times that isn't convenient for eating a meal. Sometimes just eating a one bite of something will settle me down until I can eat later...and I find that's all I really needed...but I have a hard time coming up with what kinds of food to carry around, that won't spoil or make a mess in my backpack.
