The day, created in 1992 by Young, is dedicated to body acceptance and body shape diversity. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_No_Diet_Day . I'm creating a list of IE-related holidays to celebrate. The month of May seems to be a haven for non-dieting. Next Tuesday, May 11th (which happens to be my birthday) is " Eat What You Want Day " .
