Mark's weight lost guess.

I go back to see the doc specialist on April ninth to give blood and weigh

again. on March eighth I weighed on his scales at 312. So I will take guesses

from you all to how much will I have lost in one month on the ninth of April?

the closest will win the cash of $20. It will be my pleasure to lay on you a

twenty dollar bill if I can lose as much in one month as you believe I can. the

money will be your's to use as you wish in my memory of course. now seeing as

how more then one person may guess the same amount, there is a tie breaker and

it will be the time on your email with your guess sent to me. only one person

will win the cash. When you win I will get your mailing addy and send the $20

bill directly to you with my thanks and pleasure of having you be the winner.

now don't forget, it will be the pounds lost for one month. weighed 312 on

3-8-2012 and will weigh again on 4-9-2012. I have no clue my self and won't

weigh at home to get a idea. I ride my bike that goes no where and every where

every day for one hour. I have been eating right and controlling my blood sugar

by making good eating decisions when I eat. so use all this information to make

your educated guess if you wish to have the $20 bill sent only to you. I have

noticed that doctor scales will weigh to the tenth of a pound, so we aren't

going to cut it that close here with me. nearest pound or half pound is how we

will do it with the guesses. if the scales say I lost 7.3 then I will call it

7.5 instead. 7.2, I will round down to an even 7. now you know how it works and

I will write your guesses down in my note book as they come in and I will make

note of the time so in case I need that for the tie breaker. I hope you all get

a guess in because it is a lot of fun for me and all who play. I have no problem

at all using my own cash as the prize because it means I'm a winner as well to

lose any weight at all. I will forward this same post to the different list I

belong to, so lots can guess and play. April ninth isn't that far away and I've

all ready been at the life style change now ten days. good luck to all and may
